Unfortunately, Isabel Bayrakdarian -shortlisted for Best Vocal Performance Grammy Nomination with Komitas’ songs was not selected as a winner. Anyway, in my opinion, it was good chance once again present armenian ethnomusic to the world, like Jivan Gasparyan and Ara gevorgyan done.

Armenia to escape victory from Turkey.

Youth football team of Armenia won the Turkish national team with the score 2-1 in Yerevan. The first goal scored turks. Armenians managed to equal the score at the penultimate minute of the match and scored winning goal in the last seconds of game.

Armenia – Turkey 2:1, and this joy was given to us by our youth team players .
Thanks to them for that. Thank you not only for the final score on the scoreboard and not only for the beautiful goals at the last minutes, thank for the entire match, held in fast, beautiful and very professionall manner. Congratulations to all of us.
